Initial Minot Sentinel Beddown Draft Solicitation Feedback

This post contains DRAFT versions of the IMSB Project Suite Requirements Overview, Solicitation, and Request for White Papers for Other Transaction (OT) meant only to solicit feedback from interested parties. Feedback from industry may be incorporated into the final RFQ and Solicitation documents. The official IMSB Solicitation and RFQ will be posted once industry comments have been evaluated and incorporated as necessary.
