Closed?Circuit Monitoring and Building Entry Modernization Project

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This purpose of this requirement is to acquire and install a modern, compliant, fully integrated Avigilon (or other USDA approved) IP/POE?based video surveillance and building entry system to replace the existing Closed?Circuit Monitoring and Building Entry system.
