Food and Beverages for Kensington Blitz

This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department. Managing Director/Office of Emergency Management, we will need a vendor to provide coffee, cold beverages and pastries for City Staff for the duration of the Kensington Blitz, this event will occur through out the year and possibly longer.
