The City of Houston seeks qualifications from qualified financial institutions to provide Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service (CDARS) Program Relationship Bank Services for the City Controller's Office. The selected bank(s) will facilitate the placement and management of City deposits through the CDARS network. The City may award contracts to one or more qualified banks.
