The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department (AFRD), will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the procurement of a qualified supplier to provide a comprehensive, web-based Online Training Management System.
