The Department of Children and Families (Department), Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH) is seeking a single qualified Respondent to provide high-quality facility-based forensic mental health services to adults and juveniles adjudicated as adults, who have been committed in accordance with Chapter 916, Florida Statutes, as either Incompetent to Proceed (ITP) or not guilty by reason of insanity (NGI).
