The TexasHigher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) is the state agency responsible forproviding leadership, coordination, and strategic direction for highereducation in Texas. THECB is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance andsupport services related to the Aribot chatbot and associated GRACE custom webapp hosted by the College Advising Corp (hereinafter referred to as the AdviseTX tools).
