On-call Construction, Repair & Demolition Services

The City of Roswell, New Mexico is requesting proposals from qualified and properly licensed contractors to establish a pool of contractors to provide on-call construction, repair, renovation, remodeling, demolition, and related services on an as-needed basis. Services may be performed at City-owned facilities, buildings, properties, and other locations under the City's responsibility. Demolition services may also be performed at privately owned properties where the City has obtained lawful authority to demolish or remove condemned, dangerous, unsafe, fire-damaged, abandoned, or otherwise substandard buildings or structures.
