The City of Norfolk (“the City”) seeks proposals from Private Day Schools which provide speech therapy, educational services, occupational therapy, and physical therapy (“Schools”) to children who reside in the City of Norfolk (“City”) on an as-needed basis. The City estimates that fifty (50) to one hundred (100) students will need services each academic year. the number will vary depending on the number of Individual Educational Programs (“IEP”) issued.
