Scope of Work The Work under this Contract (RFQ No. 517985  Elevator Package) consists of the rehabilitation, modernization, maintenance, and service of twelve (12) elevators across six (6) residential buildings, including eight (8) elevators in four (4) buildings at Cassidy-Lafayette Houses and four (4) elevators in two (2) buildings at Woodson Houses.
