The Town of Royalston, Massachusetts (Town) is seeking proposals from qualified renewable energy developers to develop Solar Generating Facilities (SGF) pursuant to M.G.L c. 30B S.16 at the Royalston Landfill located at 6 Town Dump Road, Royalston, MA 01368 (Site). The objective of this RFP is for the Town to lease the Site or explore Power Purchase Agreements (PPA's) to provide financial benefits to the Town.
