The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to E.A.S. Manufacturing Co., Inc. for Part Number 2890608-2. In accordance with FAR 12.102(a), the Contracting Officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available. E.A.S. Manufacturing Co., Inc. is the only known approved manufacturing source for Part Number 2890608-2.
