Description of Proposed Work: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District, anticipates issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to execute the Rough River Lake Axtel Wastewater Treatment Plant Replacement.
