Real Property Title Evidence, Insurance, Closing, and Escrow Services in Tarrant County, Texas

This is a new requirement. The work consists of providing title evidence, title insurance, escrow services, and closing services for various real property interest acquisitions in the vicinity of Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth (NAS JRB) Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for real property title evidence and escrow services in support of Government acquisition of real property interests in the described area.
