Department would like to order swag material with logos when participating in community events

This small order purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department. Department of Planning and Development would like to order 2 tablecloths for each of our NACs. There are 22 NACs. Each NAC will get 2 tablecloths. Each set of 2 tablecloths will have two logos-Division of Housing and Community Development logo and the NAC logo. Which is a total of 44 tablecloths.
