The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) Community Services Department (CSD), Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP), hereinafter referred to as the Recipient, invites proposals from qualified governmental and non-profit entities, hereinafter referred to as the Proposer, to provide services to persons with HIV.
