The County Commissioners of Charles County are requesting sealed bids from qualified Contractors to perform various on-call building improvements, mechanical, and trade services in and around County owned buildings and facilities. The following services are being solicited: A. General Building Improvement Contractors B. On-Call Mechanical Services-HVAC C. On-Call Electrical Services D. On-Call Mechanical Services-Plumbing E. On-Call Maintenance-Fuel Tank Services F. On-Call Painting Services Bidders may bid on one or multiple service areas depending on qualifications and licensing.
