Janitorial Services For Parks "SOUTH" Locations (Bid Discount)

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a firm pricing schedule for contracting with a bidder to provide janitorial services for City-owned facilities as directed by the City Representative. The work included in these specifications shall consist of furnishing all labor, transportation, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, and incidentals required for janitorial services for the Parks Department "SOUTH" locations. Additional services include Day-porter service, billed at a flat rate and directed on an as-needed basis.
