The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide limited public outreach services during the remaining portion of the Project Approval/Environmental Document phase for the Interstate 5 Freeway Improvements from the San Diego County Line to Avenida Pico. The budget for this effort is $99,450 for a two-year term.
