The Township of Winslow is seeking sealed proposals for “ Project Title ” for the Township of Winslow. All proposals are to be returned via the OpenGov Procurement Portal . All proposals are due on or before Response Submission Date at Response Submission Time at which time they will be unsealed via OpenGov. The Township Committee will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposal.
