Disposition of Former Allen Avenue Elementary School

The Town of North Attleborough is soliciting responses from interested parties regarding the disposition, by sale, of a surplus elementary school and land for the purpose of redevelopment. The surplus property is located on an approximately 16.6-acre parcel at 290 Allen Avenue in North Attleborough, Massachusetts. The property includes the former Allen Avenue Elementary School, a 14,813 sq. ft. building, as well as a 1,968 sq. ft. portable classroom attached to the rear of the building and an 80 sq. ft. storage shed.
