1. Purpose The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 10, Market Research, to identify commercially available platforms that can support DOL’s efforts to improve labor market transparency, workforce identity verification, employment compliance, and detection of potential fraud and unlawful labor practices.
