The Norfolk District, Corps of Engineers is contemplating a firm-fixed-price contract for the Design-Bid-Build construction of maintenance requirements at the Fort Eustis Dredge Material Management Area (FEDMMA), located at JBLE - Eustis with provisions to include Regrading/raising the disposal site berms to an elevation of 36 ft.
