Printer Lease and Maintenance Agreement

Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, the New York City Comptrollers Office intends to enter into negotiations for a Sole Source agreement with Xerox Corporation, whose primary address is 201 Merritt 7, Norwalk, Connecticut 06851-1056, for lease and maintenance of a Xerox PX300 (Proficio 300 Press). Xerox Corporation is the only source able to provide the PX300 device with the required Xerox-badged service technicians trained to provide maintenance services.
