Petroleum Quality Analysis System - Enhanced (PQAS-E) Analytical Lab Equipment Upgrades

The Government is issuing this Sources Sought notice as part of a market research effort to identify capable sources that can supply replacement analytical instrumentation for the Petroleum Quality Analysis System-Enhanced (PQAS-E) utilized by the 209th Aviation Support Battalion (209th ASB), 25th Combat Aviation Brigade (25th CAB). The PQAS-E is a self-contained, mobile fuel laboratory designed to test and measure the quality of kerosene-based military mobility fuels and aviation turbine fuels in accordance with Military Standard 3004C (MIL-STD-3004C).
