The Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive vegetation survey of restoration areas related to the Napa River Flood Protection Project (Project). Data collected from the survey will be documented in a monitoring report that should analyze the change over time in biological, chemical, and physical conditions within the survey area (Figure 1) as defined in the most recent monitoring report (Rincon, 2022) and the Project Mitigation and Monitoring Plan (MMP).
