The City of Suisun City is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to evaluate the feasibility of establishing a new Citywide Tax Revenue District to consolidate or supplement its existing funding structures . The chosen consultant will handle data collection, cost analysis, and public opinion polling to deliver a comprehensive Feasibility Report during Phase 1. If authorized by the City Council, Phase 2 will involve the formation and implementation of the chosen revenue mechanism on the Solano County tax roll in compliance with Proposition 218.
