The scope of work includes the complete demolition and removal of the existing building and associated site improvements at 3019 Fairwest Place, Montgomery, Alabama. Work shall include the full demolition of the structure down to the building pad, including all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; removal of concrete slabs, sidewalks, fencing as indicated, and all interior and exterior components.
