The work consists of the comprehensive demolition and removal of all existing residential structures and associated site improvements within the project limits at 364 Thorington Road, including buildings, foundations, footings, slabs, conjoining sidewalks, mechanical and electrical equipment, designated utilities, and other improvements indicated for removal.
