The work includes the complete demolition and removal of all existing structures, slabs, site improvements, and utilities located at 1611 Northgate Drive, Montgomery, Alabama. Contractor shall perform all demolition operations in accordance with the approved demolition and utility disconnection plans, including the safe termination, removal, and/or capping of all utility connections as indicated.
