Pre-Advertisement Notice for Background & Recruitment File Management System

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Atlanta Police Department (APD) and Atlanta Fire Rescue Department (AFRD), will shortly undergo a Competitive Sealed Bidding process consisting of a Phase 1 Pass/Fail Qualification and System Demonstration, followed by a Phase 2 Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a qualified supplier to provide a secure, cloud-based Background & Recruitment Electronic File Management System (EFMS).
