The Department of Health and Human Services intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Association of the Schools and Programs of Public Health Background The Office of the Surgeon General will order a journal supplement for Public Health Reports from the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH) entitled “ Scientific Foundations of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2025-2020: Chapter Perspectives and Research Priorities.” This will be a supplemental print and online issue Public Health Reports (PHR), which is the official journal of the Office of the Surgeon General and the USPHS.
