This Notice of Intent is provided to advise that the Government intends to negotiate a Sole Source contractual action via a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Altorfer Industries Inc. The purpose of this action is to replace the obsolete and malfunctioning parallel switchgear control systems in Building 226.
