City of Goliad New Fire Station

Construction of a new 13,634 sf, concrete foundation, steel frame & steel joist/truss roof structure Fire Station building with metal stud framed exterior walls with stucco finish. The Fire Station facility includes a ventilated, 5-Engine Bay area with adjacent decontamination area, gear/locker area and other miscellaneous Engine Room support areas. There is a conditioned Administration area with Entry Vestibule, Day Room, Kitchen, Offices, Toilets, Janitor and Storage rooms and a large Meeting Room.
