1.0 Overview The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), on behalf of Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Maneuver Ground, Project Manager Maneuver Medical Systems (PM M2S), is issuing this Request for Prototype Proposals (RPP) to solicit prototype project proposals for a modernized Anesthesia Workstation System (AWS). This RPP is issued pursuant to the Other Transaction Authority (OTA) under 10 U.S.C. § 4022. This is a DIRECT OTA and is NOT a solicitation for a procurement contract under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consortium membership is not required to respond to this RPP.
