3. REQUIREMENTS

3.1 ;The Stem must be in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 803-5959296, Item 29, Part Number 803-5959296-X-29, along with all provided Engineering Reports and Naval Sea Systems Command General Notes Drawing 803-5959311, except as amplified or modified herein.; 3.2 ;The chemical and mechanical CDRL of contract paragraph 3.21 is not required to be submitted.; 3.3 ;The slot at the top of the stem must be free of anodization and solid film lubricant prior to filling the slot with black enamel.;
