Galveston Housing Authority - Public Housing Rehab Project

Renovation and rehabilitation work to three existing public housing properties with lingering hurricane damage. This includes: a 199 unit high-rise, a 157 unit mid-rise; and 20 unit duplex development. Work includes but is not limited to: at the high and mid-rise buildings repairs to the building facades, drive and parking paving improvements, door and window replacement, and replacement of existing facility elevators and emergency power generators.
