Texas State Technical College (“TSTC”) is soliciting statements of qualifications for the selection of multiple Construction Management Services (“CMS”) firms to provide services for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (“IDIQ”) on capital project(s) for TSTC campuses statewide in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).
