Sharpstown Trail - Phase 2 from Southwest Freeway To Beechnut Street

The project consists of the construction of a 10' wide concrete trail through a CenterPoint easement from Southwest Freeway to Beechnut Street. The work includes planting of trees and shrubs, installation of curb ramps, crosswalk and trail striping, wooden post with wire fence, retaining wall, traffic signals, removal of a lane of traffic along Commerce Park drive and roadway and trail signing. Construction in, on, or near existing roadways will require a Traffic Control Plan. Construction also requires the implementation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and features.
