It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to purchase Electronic Components, Tools, Test/Measure Equipment and Accessories in accordance with Section 2 of this Invitation and Bid. All quotes must be submitted through PHLContracts no later than 10:30 AM on the date that the related bid opens. Quotes will not be accepted after the bid opening.
