The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award under the authority of RFO Part 6 to Aerodata, Inc, 14988 N. 78th Way, Ste 214, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260 for three (3) JPATS owned Boeing B737 series aircraft. Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the Government and related industry, it has been determined that this requirement can only be met through Aerodata, Inc.
