On Call Financial Consulting Services for Development Impact Fee Programs, Community Facilities Districts, and Related Financial Analyses

The County of Sacramento (“County”), is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced firms to provide on‑call financial consulting services supporting development impact fee programs, Community Facilities Districts (CFDs), special tax modeling, fiscal impact analyses, and other financial analyses as needed.
