The Department of Defense is conducting market research for firms that can expand manufacturing capacity for Shape Stable Nose Tips. The work includes buying and installing specialized equipment, producing and testing 3D carbon-carbon composites, qualifying the process, providing security engineering, and supporting the contractor’s facility.
