SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) ONLY. The government seeks to procure a non-personnel services contract to provide ground transportation for family members of U.S. Army Soldiers in and around the National Capital Region (NCR) area. The NCR encompasses Washington, DC; Montgomery and Prince George's Counties in Maryland; Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties in Virginia; and the incorporated cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax, and Manassas in Virginia.
