General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver (City) is soliciting qualifications from interested firms to qualify for bidding eligibility on the Central Platte Valley Campus Salt Dome Reroof Project. The goal of the project is to reroof the Central Platte Valley Campus Salt Dome, including removal and replacement of asphalt shingles, installation of high‑wind and impact‑resistant roofing materials, limited plywood deck replacement, and removal/replacement of entry‑area vinyl siding.
