Temple University (“Temple”) is seeking qualified contractors to bid on work for the Mechanical-HVAC Construction Package for Temple’s 1500 North Broad Street Development Project (Burk Mansion), Project No. DGS 1104-81 Phase 1 (the “Project”), located at 1500 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121. The proposed renovations will be at 1500 North Broad Street located on Temple’s Main Campus at Burk Mansion.
