Temple University (“Temple”) is seeking qualified contractors to bid on work for the Plumbing and Fire Protection Construction Package for Temple’s 1500 North Broad Street Development Project (Burk Mansion), Project No. DGS 1104-81 Phase 1 (the “Project”), located at 1500 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121. The proposed renovations will be at 1500 North Broad Street located on Temple’s Main Campus at Burk Mansion.
