Vendors replying to this RFI will need to have the capability to ship worldwide. These shipments will include depot stock and direct vendor delivery shipping requirements. This is a "sources sought" notice, not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.201(e). Reponses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
