Furnish, Deliver, and Install Landscape and Irrigation Improvements at City Hall and 8th St Community Center

The City of Victorville is seeking qualified contractors to provide landscape and irrigation improvements at City Hall and 8th Street Community Center. The work includes site preparation, irrigation retrofit and installation, hardscape improvements, installation of an "A" Curb, landscape installation, decomposed granite and rock installation, project cleanup, maintenance, and warranty services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with City-provided plans, applicable codes, and the requirements contained herein.
