Planning Consultant Services

In accordance with 40 U.S.C. §§ 1101–1104 (Brooks Act) and the “Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act” (F.S. 287.055), the City of Edgewater (hereinafter, “City”) has issued this Request for Qualifications (hereinafter, “RFQ”) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining Qualifications from interested, experienced, and qualified firms to provide Planning Consultant Services, in accordance with the specifications stated and/or attached herein.
